Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 7 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via our partner carriers depending on the destination area (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returning your package

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to return one or more items to us depending on the type of problem encountered.

In the event that the products need to be returned to us due to defect or non-conformity, contact our Customer Service within 14 days to make your request after receipt of the order.

Claims made outside this period will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We suggest these steps for you to follow:

If validated by customer service, you will receive a return notice. In this case, the steps to take are as follows:

  • Preparation and return of the package at your expense in compliance with the information indicated on the return notice, in particular the delivery address.

No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from DRIP BAG FACTORY by email.

Upon receipt of the products, our customer service will proceed to refund or resend new products.
